LWD One-Piece Bolt Carrier

Our one-piece bolt carrier is the heart of the MOD.1™ and MULE™ operating systems. Precision machined and ground from SAE 3415 alloy steel, the carrier is heat treated to exacting specifications and will provide a lifetime of reliable service. The 300% greater load-bearing surfaces of our carrier, compared to a mil-spec carrier, provides for smooth cycling and even distribution of forces in the upper receiver. The carrier key provides full-length rotational stability during the locking and unlocking phases of the operating cycle and the continuation of the key over the cam pin hole ensures that in the unlikely event of cam pin failure, the pin will be retained and the chance of  an out of battery discharge is dramatically reduced.  The placement of the tombstone impact point and design of the rear carrier boss ensure full dynamic stability and true linear operation.   

The One-Piece Carrier can be used in all LWRCI M6 weapons that still utilize their two-piece carrier design without the need to replace the original operating rod. The correct M3 Extreme Duty Charging Handle is included with the replacement carrier.
