First ensure the firearm is unloaded. Turn the weapon upside down and remove the pistol grip. Once the pistol grip is removed, pull out the safety detent spring and discard, carefully retain the detent. Remove the existing safety selector from the right side. Using the Allen wrench provided, undo both socket screws and remove the levers, put a small dab of thread lock on each screw and replace ONE lever - tighten fully. Slide the barrel of the fire control through the receiver ensuring the detent track is on the left side of the upside down receiver. Fit the other lever as above. Insert the detent and use the spring provided, reattach the pistol grip and function check before use.
M67 Solid Retaining Pin
Install the solid pin with the machined slot in the pin horizontal. Align the pin with both holes in the carrier and press the pin in, it helps to apply pressure to the lower part of the pin while doing this. The pin will seat itself if aligned correctly. You may also use a small soft faced hammer to achieve this. To remove, use a bullet tip or small punch to start the pin moving, push the pin until further resistance is felt as the pin does not need to be completely removed from the carrier in order to remove the firing pin. Please note that the pin will become easier to install and remove with use.
LWM-200 Fluid Sling Mount
Ensure the weapon is unloaded and remove the upper receiver assembly.
Secure the lower receiver in a suitable fixture to hold it during the installation process
Depress buffer detent and remove buffer and action spring assembly
Use correct C wrench to loosen and undo the rear castle nut ensuring that the takedown pin spring and detent are not lost
Remove takedown pin
Carefully undo the lower receiver extension ensuring the buffer detent and spring are not lost
Fully remove the lower receiver extension and endplate. Discard the endplate
Ensure that the castle nut is at the absolute end of the threads on the lower receiver extension
Slide on the LWM-200 Fluid Sling Mount until it is flush with the castle nut - caution, the Fluid Sling Mount is a tight fit on the receiver extension by design
Tighten the lower receiver extension into the lower receiver, replace the takedown pin, spring and detent and buffer detent and spring
As the lower receiver extension captures the buffer detent there will be just enough room to rotate the Fluid Sling Mount into place carefully compressing the takedown pin spring
Tighten the castle nut and secure by staking as is your preference after function testing
Replace action spring, buffer and upper receiver, function test by handX

If a product does not work in your firearms, we ask that you have a gunsmith determine the cause, a lot of times parts that don't run are due to out of print parts in a gun not purchased from us. If it is something on our end, rare incidents, we will gladly swap it out for the same part or one of equal value. Once past the 7 day return window for credit, the product will be replaced if defective or store credit will be given if we no longer carry that product for the determined value of the part.
If you want to return an item that we determine has nothing wrong with it, then there is a 30% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not covered in this instance since nothing is wrong with it.

We do not take returns on rifles or uppers. We only offer lifetime warranty. Once you place an order on a pre-order that is there to fund the production and there is no return on that. Only if defective once received and a store credit or replacement is offered.

We make every effort to ensure your order arrives in as-advertised condition. Please note that differences in size, color, form and finish are expected and add to the individuality of each piece. Discoloration on some products are normal and can change after use, this is not a flaw. Discoloration on internal components is not a structural defect and is not warranted under ANY circumstances.
ORDERS DELIVERED DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE
If your order is delivered damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, please notify us within 3 days from the date of receipt. This will ensure complete replacement of the damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items at no additional cost to you, or you may choose to receive a full credit or refund of the total purchase price. All damaged, defective or incorrect items authorized for return must be packaged in their original shipping carton with the enclosed packing slip. A return authorization from us is required. Please see below for details on obtaining this authorization. If it is damaged in transit then we first have to file a claim and wait for the delivery service to replace the funds and determine how it was damaged before we can complete the refund.This does not apply to a part that falls under warranty. This is only related to shipping procedures.
You may return to us any non-damaged, non-used, non-defective and unaltered merchandise, along with the enclosed packing slip, within 7 days from the date of delivery, 30% restocking fee plus postage must be paid. A return authorization from us is required -- see below for details on obtaining this authorization. We do not cover shipping if returned for no reason other than you just do not want it. We only cover defects and that rarely happens.
If you received a gift and would like to exchange it, a credit will be placed on your account. You have 90 days to redeem this credit. You will not be able to use your credit online, you must email us (M,W,F from 10am — 3pm EST) to place your order.
We do, but we have rules on returns. So please see our return policy.
Pre-orders are just that a 'pre-order' and we do not offer returns once placed. This goes to funding the production of the item and we manufacture in small batches, so everyone's name is on the product they pay for. Do not order if you are not willing to wait. Our ETA might say 3 months but if it goes out to 6 months there is still no return. We always ship, nothing never does not make it into production.
I received an item without instructions. What gives?
We are green. We recycle and reduce waste. So we now have our instructions online.
Is there warranty?
Of course there is. We offer lifetime warranty, as long as you followed instructions (see above). Don't fuck it up and blame us. Warranty covers faults in material and or manufacturing. We cover shipping. We offer lifetime warranty on items other than Bolts and BCGs, those are one year warranty.
Where is my order?
We are not Amazon Prime. Some orders are assembled with great care and attention to detail when the order is placed. Please allow 2-4 weeks to pass before sending an email. Some orders will ship before this time, some orders take longer. Also check our blog or Facebook page for updates
Who makes your products?
We make everything in house. There is "no buying from that one company" other people do and rebrand the item.
Can I order if I am outside of the US?
We do not ship firearm products outside of the US. Our store is set up for domestic shipping only. If you want to order shirts and non-firearm products through paypal, please email us with your order.
What if I just want to order shirts, stickers or non-firearm related products?
We can take your order through email and offer paypal to check out.
Yes. Please send us an email with your FFL and or Business License for our catalog and dealer pricing. Minimum buy in is 15k to be a dealer and 500k for distributor.
I call but get no response. We are in the machine shop most of the time. Email gets to us quicker. We strive to respond with 48 hours. Our ours of operation are Monday, Wed, Friday 10pm-4pm.
